When Can I Expect My Order?

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping estimates:

For custom products, you will receive a design proof for approval before production begins.

Please review your proof carefully. Your approval confirms that all spelling, dates, and design details are correct.

Orders include up to two revisions. Additional revisions may require a $10 design fee.

Orders may be shipped anywhere in the continental United States or delivered locally when available.

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Please review your color choices, sizes, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any photos, logos, or artwork submitted for a custom order are clear and high resolution.

Unique FX Design is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution or blurry images provided by the customer.

If image quality may affect the final result, we will notify you when possible before production.

Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on screens due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Character images or brand graphics used in designs (such as Disney, Marvel, etc.) belong to their respective copyright holders. Unique FX Design does not claim ownership of these images.

Some photo labs may refuse to print copyrighted images. If this occurs, please try another local photo lab or print at home.
